Here are 13 things I am thankful for on this Thursday afternoon:
1. The Spurs are up 2-0 in the NBA Western Finals
2. We mailed our application to Gladney on Tuesday and it is in their possession
3. The men and women who currently serve this country and those who lost their lives doing so
4. I have some chocolate in the house again
5. Memorial Day weekend 1991
6. I got to talk to my grandma this week
7. The Rouses, Borrowdales, and Oswalds all made it home safely from China
8. The chocolate bundt cake I made today did not stick to the pan and fall apart
9. Our favorite notary, John Skipworth
10. We only have one more session of Financial Peace University to lead (this go around)
11. A special email from Aunt Nadine
12. Still no spring allergies
13. The toilet in the guest bathroom is fixed
