Menu Plan Monday

It has been AGES since I've posted my weekly menu. To my surprise, I've had people ask me where they've been...I have still faithfully been creating a plan, just not publishing it anywhere beyond the list on the fridge.

Monday, September 8th-Family in different directions...Don's eating at church. Lindy and Lisa are eating leftovers at home.
Tuesday, September 9th-Chicken in Mustard Cream Sauce over whole wheat pasta, asparagus, tossed green salad
Wednesday, September 10th-Quick dinner out before bible study
Thursday, September 11th-Hawaiian Baked Pork Chops, brown rice, broccoli
Friday, September 12th-Don out. Lindy and Lisa eat leftovers.
Saturday, September 13th-Sin-free Shrimp Scampi, angel hair pasta, spinach or there is always the possibility we'll just go out.

There are always some fun recipes to peruse here. What are you eating this week?

I have recently started making a menu plan and it makes things so much easier. It makes it easier when I go to the grocery store too!
Have a wonderful week, Lisa!
Love,
Adele

My mouth is watering! The Hawiian baked pork chops sound really great. I'm still doing the planning too...just not posting.

I make my menu out on Saturday night and then shop on Sundays.
This week is
Italian Chicken and vegetable soup. Homemade corn bread and salad (not sure what I will throw in it)

Autumn soup (this was yummy)with orange/cranberry spinach salad

Cherry tomato spaghetti all'Amatriciana and Caesar salad with fresh bread.

Tonight is seared and baked thick pork chops with fresh broccoli and rice...chocolate cake for dessert (Livi's 6th birthday today).

I need to plan out my menu's for week other wise I am lost.
