Today I am thankful for nature--especially all the little things I too often take for granted.
Having Lindy has helped remind me of what a wonderful world God created. There are so many simple pleasures that await us each day if we just take the time to STOP and take a look around us. Ralph Waldo Emerson captures some similar thoughts in this beautiful saying, "For flowers that bloom about our feet; For tender grass, so fresh, so sweet; For song of bird, and hum of bee;For all things fair we hear or see,Father in heaven, we thank Thee!"
I pray I will take more time to appreciate all the beautiful things in this world.
What are you thankful for today?

Hi friend! I am thankful for nature, but not when it is COLD and WET! (like today:) I am thankful that Hannah appears to be feeling better...Em has a sinus infection and Hannah has a double ear infection and pink eye (that doesn't look like pink eye). Hannah ran a pretty high fever and really feels lousy, but I am hoping (fingers crossed) we are on the upswing.
Love to you, my dear!
Heather
I'm thankful for both my boys and a wonderful husband. I'm thankful that I finally get to start my own tradition when it comes to Holidays.
