30 Days of Thankfulness

Today I am thankful for the privilege of freedom of religion and worship. I am a pretty simple person. I am not very political and can't tell you every detail of the history of why we have that freedom. I know through the ages people have suffered and died (and continue to) because of their beliefs. At Thanksgiving time, I can't help but be thankful for the men and women in England who desperately wanted religious freedom and came to this country searching for it. Many gave up everything, including life, for this freedom. I am thankful I don't have to hide, worry about being thrown in prison, or wonder if I am going to be killed when I go to church.
What are you thankful for today?

amen. You are reminding us of wonderful things to be thankful for.

I saw your comment on 2 Peanuts about Christmas vard pic failures. Here is one idea that might help. When mine are super uncooperative I give them a gift, an ornament, or a Christmas book to look at and snap a photo of them looking at the object instead of the camera and giving me that silly cheesy grin. Its a serious photo and not a smile but better than a cheesy grin.
Just an idea, because I so feel your pain on that one! I always want good pictures...my hubby always tells me I take it to far ;)
